Resident Aide – CBRF

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Resident Aide in our Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). This role provides direct care and support to residents while helping create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

  •  Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) 
  •  Provide companionship and emotional support 
  •  Monitor resident safety and well-being 
  •  Assist with meal service and daily activities 
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and reporting 
  •  Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families 
  •  Ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment 
  •  Follow all resident care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies 
Qualifications & Requirements

  •  CBRF certifications required: 
    •  Standard Precautions 
    •  Fire Safety 
    •  First Aid 
  •  Medication Administration certification preferred 
  •  Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required 
  •  Compassionate and patient-centered attitude 
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  •  Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
